• Started cooking up a project with the brilliant Ben Scattergood to try to capture more money for local sports clubs in Wales
• Completed a project to calculate the Social Return on Investment for a third sector organisation in Wales
• Completed a project to better understand who’s helping Board diversity in Wales
• Caught up with the founder of Benthyg Cymru
• Celebrated Iftar with a community group in Grangetown
• Attended the launch of the Ofwat office in Cardiff

• Participated in the launch of the ‘Maximising UK adaptation to Climate Change’ Hub
• Started work on mapping the organisations supporting more diverse Boards in Wales

January

• Playing with the Agile Results methodology, and whether it works well with Logseq
  • Gave up with the Agile Results methodolgy as it doesn’t work for me!
• Attend an Audit Wales event on governance
• (Sadly) closed down my mastodon experiment with a primary schools with a lack of resource their end for pursuing it 😢
• Got funding in principle agreed for a very exciting potential project….may take a few more months to come to fruition 🤷
• Started a project via Afallen with a third sector organisation on social impact

December

• Started a Mastodon server as an experiment to see whether primary school pupils can use social media in a safe and controlled environment
• Found out that there’s a lot of support for an independent website to support governance in Wales!
• Led a session with the local primary school on digital privacy and open-source solutions
• Organised a specialist seminar on buying out flood-risk areas
